Colibri VF61/Carrier RESET OUT always on?

Hello, I am working with the Colibri VF61 and the Carrier board, however I am having trouble booting the board. When i plug in the power source and press ON/OFF, the RESET OUT# LED stays on RED, regardless if I press RESET or not. When I try to plug the board into a monitor via VGA-HDMI converter, nothing shows up. When I connect board to a terminal through USB B (after setting the proper jumpers for JP17/JP19) nothing shows up in the terminal (for 9600 or 115200 baudrate). I don’t see any forums that explain what this means.

Hi! Is there any way to figure out Colibri-VF61 reset cause from user space? There is a function on u-boot source code called “get_reset_cause” at “arch/arm/cpu/armv7/vf610/generic.c”. I’m planning to export an environment variable there with “setenv” and pass the variable to kernel command line through “defargs”. Boot messages from custom carrier board

I’ve just started the test with my custom carrier board for Verdin iMX8M-Plus Quad 2GB WB IT V1.1A.
