LVDS Serializer FPD-Link III

Dear Experts,
i am currently developing a carrier board for the Apalis iMX8QM and have problems with the LVDS Signals.
I need to serialize the LVDS Output of the iMX8 to transmit it via FPD-Link III to a display.
Does anyone have experience with this issue?
I found the DS90UB927 (TI) and wanted to make sure that it is compatible with the system.

I hope someone can help me with this issue.

Using an LVDS bus serializer is indeed the way to go. Regarding the part number you provided, I found some information on drivers, but you would need to test this with an actual device.
