Hello, I would like to know if fastboot can be enabled in u-boot for Apalis IMX8QM. We are using the Apalis Evaluation Board as the carrier. Are there any changes that can be made in the hardware (like jumper connections, etc.) to enable fastboot?
The fastboot 0 command seems to work, but not the others.

Regarding your query, unfortunately this is not enabled by default. You can enable and it may work but same is not tested and supported by us for now. Please check similar post below which provide more details

We are using the Apalis Evaluation Board with Apalis IMX8QM SoM, so how do we enable adb for the board? Without fastboot support is there another procedure we can follow to flash the Android image since it is not supported by the Toradex Easy Installer?

We provide Toradex easy installer for flashing new image to Module. Infact our Android partner uses same tool for flashing. You need to generate Android image which is Toradex easy installer compatible.
As a suggestion you can download any of available Linux image and check image.json file to get more details or check this link
Unfortunately we do not have much experience on Android so we are unable to share exact steps. That said since our partner are providing andorid image which is Toradex easy installer compatible, so for sure it is possible to flash andorid using same.
Additionally please download one image from below link and check file structure

Toradex easy installer doesn’t show android image for our board. Is it because android image is not available for Apalis Evaluation board?

Are you still not able to flash Android image?
You can download image offline and then try to install.

You can use same image on Apalis evaluation board as well. Image should boot fine only the interface support will differ.
