Documentation for Booting from SD card on Apalis iMX8x

  1. Where is the latest documentation for booting from SD Card on the iMX8x. Do you have a link?

  2. What pins are need to be jumpered to boot from SD Card?

I have already installed using the Easy Installer. Now I wish to do quick development and boot from SD Yocto images that I bitbake. The documentation I have seen is for Colibri and earlier iMX boards.

Apalis modules are fused to boot only from embedded eMMC. So U_Boot should be flashed to it. However U_Boot can boot Linux from any storage device like SD card or USB stick. Please check this article for details.
