Board dosent start after easy installer updating

hi

i have an imx6dl board, I saw new easy installer at start up, but no any torizon os compatible with module. I updated easy installer, but after reboot I have not any terminal, any OS, . the module is dead. I repeated this with another imx6, the same event happened.

Struggling to Load Easy Installer on AM62/Mallow

I have an AM62 1GB WB IT V1.0A and a Mallow board V1.1A. I have been struggling to connect to it and have been trying to reinstall Torizon and start from scratch. I will send you logs on UART soon, but for the first time, when I started to install TORIZON OS, there wasn’t any compatible OS with my module, OS7,OS6.8, OS5.7 was incompatible. Do you know why?

As far as I understood, you are having issues with a Colibri imx6dl SoM, is that correct?
Could you also please confirm the PID8 of your module? You can find information on how to find the PID8 number here.

Also, please ensure you enter the recovery mode to run the Toradex Easy Installer.
You can find information on how to access it on this page. There, please select the IMX6DL SoM and the carrier board that you are using. You can also find information on how to run the Toradex Easy Installer in here.

Finally, I made a test using an IMX6DL module and the Aster Carrier Board and I managed to flash a TorizonOS image on it. The image that I used was the latest quarterly Colibri iMX6 release for Torizon OS 7 available on our download links page.
