WinCE 2013 alternate soft keyboard

Hello,

I am developing an app on WEC 2013 on a T30 using the Toradex Image.

We use a 10" touch screen. They installed SIP keyboard is far too small to be useful. I’ve seen this discussion,
WinCE2013 Toradex image issue - SIP (soft input panel keyboard can not be changed) - Technical Support - Toradex Community but wonder if it’s possible to install the larger keyboard (either XAML or not) without building my own image.

To add a regular SIP (Software Input Panel) you need to build your own image.
As an alternative you can create your own keyboard as a part of your main application - basically a set of on-screen buttons that your application treats like keystrokes.
