I am using “NAudio dll” for “VOIP” application that successfully build and deploy but on the time of debugging/run using Win CE Image Version 1.5

Did you set any breakpoint in the application?
Is there any exception from OS image, this can be verified by seeing in the debug log messages.

No we just deploy application using VS and try to debug without any breakpoints

Yes its already installed compact framework 3.9 in collberray module
We using NAudio dll for transmitting the voice only, if we remove the dependency application working otherwise got the exception.
