Hello, I was wondering if I could get some clarification interpreting shock & vibe test results for the Apalis TK1. I was provided the results here Shock and Vibration Compliance Tests | Toradex Developer Center but was wondering if they are compliant with General Environmental Verification Standard (GEVS) for GSFC Flight Programs (GSFC-STD-7000A). I am not an expert on shock/vibe testing but would like to verify compliance with this standard.
HI @ilvaler
Thanks for writing to the Toradex Community!
What is your application and use case for the SoM Apalis TK1?
In which Environment, do you want to use these SoMs?
What are your exact requirements regarding vibration for your application?
Best regards,
Jaski
Spaceflight. the requirements are in the GEVS standard mentioned above
HI @ilvaler
Toradex didn’t ask testing against the GEVS standard and we don’t have experience with this standard. All the information we have is on the website: https://developer.toradex.com/knowledge-base/shock-and-vibration-tests, where also the standards for tests run are mentioned. Maybe certain tests are compliant with GEVS standard, but unfortunately we don’t know the details.
Best regards,
Jaski
