VF50 console over ethernet

Hi all,

I am using Colibri VF50 with Angstrom running on it.Presently the VF50 console is available through UART0/ttyLP0.
My requirement is like i want to take console via IP(of VF50) over Ethernet.So is that can be done?
If yes ,How to implement this.
