In the latest ce6 image for vf50 it is not possible to disable the explorer as shown in this article. Disable and Enable the Explorer | Toradex Developer Center
I am saving the registry after changing but it doesn’t make a difference. in Version 1.3 this used to work. Any idea why it no longer works?
