現在、Verdin iMX8M PlusとMallow Carrier Boadを搭載した弊社装置の
UL認証取得の準備を進めております。

初歩的な質問で恐れ入りますが、
UL認証取得に向けてこれら基板自体も認証が必要なものかどうかが
わかっておりません。

どのように考えればよいか、知見がございましたら
ご教授いただけますと幸いです。

データシートを見てもUL認証に関する記載が見当たらなかったため
ご連絡させていただきました。

社内へ確認の上、情報を精査してご連絡いたします。現時点で回答できる内容は下記のとおりです。

  • ToradexはUL認証について、実装済みのSOMではなく、PCBの難燃性グレードのULの認証を取得しています。
  • その内容において、量産済みの製品のPCBは、UL-94V-0を取得しています。
  • 本件、Mallow V1.1B 以降はUL取得済みであることと、PCB UL E-Number が社内情報として存在することまでは確認しました。
