USB device not found in recovery mode

Hi Toradex

I try to load the latest Easy Installer 2.0b5 onto a iMX6S module.
I enter the bootloader on the module and activate the USB boot mode.

I than connect the USB Client (OTG) on the Evaluation board to my PC.
But it cant find the USB device. I have a “Unknown Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”
I have tried on two PC’s. Same result,

I there a missing driver?

Could you please specify which carrier board do you have and OS type and version you run on your desktop?

Im using Colibri Evalution Board, the latest version.
I’m running Windows 10, build 17763

Just to be sure. Did you really use the Colibri version of Toradex Easy Installer?

Could you also share the output from the console of the SoM?
