Some characters are not being displayed even though the specific characters are in the font file. Any clue as to why this is happening?

It seems Chinese font is missing in WinCE image. You can install it according to this page. Please download Simplified Chinese font CAB file and install it.
I apologize. It was a problem on my end. Somehow my font file got corrupted.
