I have created a number of .bmz files (created using the SplashScreenConverter tool - this is quite old, so I know it worked with the T20, but this is the first time I’ve tested with the imx6.)
When I use the UpdateTool to set the splash screen, the update fails.
If I use flashsplash 0 the I get Invalid File Signature.
Is this functionality working for the imx6, if so do I need to get an updated version of the splashscreenconverter?
There is an updated version of splash screen tool for IMX6. Can you please contact us trough support email and reference this thread. I will send you new tool.
Is there a way of using the command line UpdateTool to update the splash screen, or is there an update library that we could use. Documentation seems to be for different modules.
