Does using Qt library in a Torizon container obtained using apt require a Qt for Device Creation license ?

Any of the Qt packages you can get from apt are from the open source codebase of Qt (as far as I know). So on the Qt license side you should be alright. What you must be aware of is that for platforms like the i.MX8QM we did rebuild these packages to have hardware acceleration support. When you run these containers we typically have an argument in the docker run command that stands in for accepting the freescale eula concerning this.
