Thanks in advance.

Have you put the Imx6ull module to a recovery mode before running recovery script?
Could you also specify type of carrier board you are using?

Hi

Yes after putting into the recovery mode the problem arrise

Regards
Ayyappan

What carrier board you are using?

Same happens with my Iris board powered from lab power supply. Perhaps supply voltage rise time is too high, perhaps some noise, but if I instead reduce voltage with a knob, then turn it on, the rise voltage slowly with knob, then recovery USB device is recognised.

Hi @ayyappan_s

Could you provide the software and hardware versions of your setup?
Hope you are hardware connections are as per the Recovery article. Which windows are you using 7 or 10? and is there any USB hub in between PC and target? if any hub is connected, remove the same and try the recovery method with new Toradex easy installer

Hi

I am using windows 10
HW -V3.2B
No usb hub between pc and target
Tried with the latest easy installer

Could you please describe how your Colibri eval board connected to laptop and what exactly steps you are doing to enter to the recovery mode?

Hi @alex.tx

issue solved. The actual issue is with the module hardware reset not being done properly. I asked them to try the software reset(bmode usb) method and it worked.
