On Colibri iMX6DL 512MB V1.0A old version module, it fails to reboot -f, and it works on V1.1A module. Is it related to hardware as there are quite lots HW changes on the new one. Any way to do on the SW side?
If you use recovery mode to load Toradex Easy installer, the SoC saves that last setting and enters recovery mode on reboot again… Essentially, on i.MX 6 modules, reboot -f only works if Toradex Easy Installer has been loaded from flash. This is a limitation/feature of the hardware.
