Tamper on Apalis iMX6Q and VDD_SNVS_IN

Hi
we need to use te TAMPER Function of the iMX6.
Is thsi pin is avilable on pin 103 of the MXM3 connector?
The manual of the iMX6 tell that we must to use the VDD_SNVS_IN to pull-up this signal.
On the Aplis module, where is this voltage Pin?

The Tamper Function is available on the Pin 103 of the MXM3 connector, however we never tested this Function. The VDD_SNVS_IN is connected to a LDO on the module which is supplied the Module Supply or the VBat. From External, you need to use an external LDO on your carrier board and connect the pin 103 to this LDO.
