Has anyobne knowledge of a 3G/4G USB modem that supports Windows Embedded Compact 2013 (and CE7.0) and works on toradex Colibri Modules?

Basically I would say, that you can use any device using a native serial port as for example this one. In that case you don’t need any special driver.

We have some sample ready how to use a GPRS modem using AT commands on our developer website.
