The Qt software and installation package was not designed to use it for two SDKs simultaneously, therefore I’m afraid we cannot invest too much into supporting this configuration.
It might be possible to simplify the switching between wince6 and wince7, but most probably there will always be some manual steps required.
If you want to investigate on your own, I recommend to start with installing the Qt SDKs into different folders.
Again, I’m not sure whether it will be possible at all. I rather recommend to decide on one SDK (I recommend to use wince7, there’s usually no reason to stay on wince6).
