This is usually caused by ad-blockers.
A message should appear warning that ad-blockers may be blocking the feedback form, but this appears to not be working.
This should be fixed soon.

I don’t know about ad-blockers, because I use them on Firefox (my default browser), but not in Edge and Chrome.
I tried to disable ad-blockers in Firefox, but nothing changes.
The only thing that I can say is that today Chrome works.
Firefox and Edge don’t work.

Thanks for the information.
From my tests, on Firefox and Chromium disabling the ad-blocker and refreshing the page allows the form to be showed.
I did not test on Edge.
The developer website team will have a look into this, as even with an ad-blocker a message should be displayed.

I did additional test:
I confirm that both on Firefox and Edge I have ad-blocker.
Disabling it and reloading the page (CTRL + R) fix the issue with the button.
