Sdk manager does not support jetson tk1

I have ixora carrier board with apalis TK1 module.
I have installed l4t (21.7.0) to it with ubuntu 16.04.6 using easy installer :

I am trying to install jetpack for it.
i am following steps for SDK manager as mentioned below:
url: JetPack SDK | NVIDIA Developer
SDK manager does not support jetson TK1.
this vedio explain how to install jetpack using jetpack installer

It has the same steps as this url : Download and Install JetPack L4T , but again the installer is not exist.
so please if you can help me to find a solution so I can see jetson TK1 in SDK manager , or get .run file for jetpack installer.

To install Jetpack on Apalis TK1, one can just install the corresponding image containing already Jetpack using Toradex Easy Installer as explained here.

i was facing a problem when clicking on NVIDIA’s JetPack 3.1 as shown in the figure below, i could not get .run file for jetpack installer.
anyway, now it is working fine with me.
but i have a new issue:
I CAN NOT ENTER RECOVERY MODE USING HARDWARE METHOD.
NOR ENTERRCM COMMAND METHOD
since i can not see any output on the serial output monitor when turning on the board
also can not find it as usb when typing lsusb in vmware.[upload|+UqJeLRQSMez6aUmyqDRfffQhnc=]
