SD Card interface hardware

Hi,
I am currently finishing my custom board and I found out, that the Pins used for the SD/MMC Card Interface were located on opposite sites of the SODIMM connector. As a result, the track length on my PCB is different, D0 is 87mm, all other around 43mm.
Do I use the correct Pins?
Is this ok?
