RESET_OUT signal behaviour an iMX7D running WEC2013

Hi,
I read this chapter in the documentation of the iMX7D module:

Is it possible to use a LED to signal ‘Starting’?

Can I use this pin as a LED driver for a small LED (~10mA) or did I need a driver? Is this signal controlled by WEC2013, or is this signal just telling me, that the boot loader is runnning?

On the Colibri iMX7, nRESET_OUT is driven by a SN74LVC1G125.
According to the datashet, this device can drive up to 16mA.

The signal is driven by hardware. It is no indication that any software (e.g. bootloader) is running.
