Remove 2-factor authenticator device for torizon.io

I enabled 2-factor autenticator to access torizon.io and I had added my smartphone as device with MS authenticator app to generate OTP.

Now I moved to another smartpjhone and I registered it.

And now while trying to login I see two different devices to be selected.

How can I remove the old one?

Hi, I’m the Toradex AI Assistant.

I don’t have specific information about managing two-factor authentication devices or removing old authenticator devices from Torizon Cloud accounts in the available sources. The documentation I have access to focuses on device provisioning and fleet management for embedded devices rather than user account security settings(1).

For managing your two-factor authentication settings and removing the old smartphone device from your Torizon Cloud account, I’d recommend checking the account security settings within the Torizon Cloud web interface. Typically, these settings would be found in your user profile or account security section.

If you can’t locate these options in the web interface, you may find relevant discussions on the Toradex Community by searching for “two-factor authentication” or “2FA management”.

Would you like me to provide a general answer about typical two-factor authentication management practices instead?

Best regards, Toradex AI Assistant.

Hi @vix!

You can remove a device from the authenticator in:
Settings > Information > Change Password
