We are using VF61 AND v1.4 beta2 wince6 .In this when explorer is disabled the remote display tool CERDISP is not working .
The Pc shows the device IP but is not connecting.
The same works in V1.3 release.

We checked this and Remote display is working properly.
Do you have 1.4b2 version of bootloader? Did you try to clear the registry.
