QtCreator Asking for Custom Executables

I have set the environment for QT5 using the specified Support from toradex developers page
the demo image runs fine ,but when I try to build a simple getting started project the i get an dialog box asking for Custom Executable at the host machine.

could you provide some details about your application? Could you send a log of this dialog box asking for custom Executable at the host machine?
