I had the same error, and this could come from the fact that your PuTTY is an old version and does not handle the key exchange algorithms used by Torizon.

So, try to update your PuTTY client. It has worked for me.

I had the version 0.67 of PuTTY and when I installed the version 0.80, the problem was fixed.

Also, you can use WinSCP if you want to exchange easily files or directory from your Windows Host and your Torizon OS. This works as well from Torizon file system to Windows file system and it’s free.
