Pre-built binary image for CSI camera support from econ systems

I purchased a CSI camera from e-con systems since I had been told that they provide the Linux support for CSI cameras. I was able to verify that the camera works using their pre-built Linux image.
So, do you have any references on how I can transfer over my own C++ Application code to the system which already contains the Linux image from e-con systems?
