I’m currently designing a custom card based on Apalis iMX6 and PEX8605-AB50NIG PCie switch used on Apalis Evaluation Board. I see that there is no serie and termination resistors on differential clock pairs. Is it correct or an error?

The PCIe clock pairs are terminated on the module. So there is no need to terminate them on the carrier board.
