I need to develop a Application for realtime response. I need to make my GUI realtime capable to capture data. For that i want to have free rtos on my Arm microprocessor and run my GUI with Rtos.

Kindly note we do not provide FreeRTOS for ARM Cortex A. From Toradex we provide a reference port of FreeRTOS for Module supporting asymmetrical heterogeneous core like the one you mention Colibri iMX7D. So for you, it is possible to run FreeRTOS on Cortex M core and Linux on Cortex-A.
