I attempted to install JetPack on my host and flash it to the Apalis TK1 module. However, due to some issues; I had to leave the process in between. So please suggest whether how can I start the installation process from the same point?
Yes, in general you should be able to continue the installation process at any point by simply re-trying wherever you previously left off.
BTW: I hope you do realise that with the level of information you gave us it is almost impossible to help you.
