Mouse/Keyboard stopped working after updating from Toradex Easy Installer V1.8 to V2.0b5

Hello,
I use the Colibri iMX7 Solo on a Colibri Evaluation board. I’m using a wireless mouse/keyboard combo plugged into USB/OTG via the cable provided by the Carrier Board Accessory Kit (V1.1A). Mouse and keyboard were working well when using the pre-installed Tezi V1.8.

After updating to Tezi V2.0b5 the mouse/keyboard combo stopped working. I’ve also tried using other devices, but they didn’t work too.
How do I get my mouse and keyboard to work under Tezi v2.0b5?

Can you please check the dmesg output when plugging in your device? Can you also compare the outputs from both Toradex Easy Installer versions? A lsusb output will also be useful here.

Does this happen with any of the USB ports on the Colibri Evaluation Board?

in the following the desired log outputs. On TEZI 2.05 there is no output from the usb generic driver when plugging the devices. And lsusb looks totally different.

This happens with the USB-OTG port on the Colibri Evaluation board (the one that is connected to the micro-usb jack). Please correct me, but as far as I understand, the other USB ports on the Colibri base port have no function when using the Colibri iMX7, do they?

Thanks for your feedback. I would assume this libusb error would be the culprit for the non-working USB. I’m running some tests and consulting with the Easy Installer and BSP teams and will get back to you as soon as possible.
