Max SD card size support

Hi,

We use a combination of Iris Carrier Board and a imx6DL 512it with wince7 1.2 build and I found no information about the max size SD card support for my setup. Could you please provide that information?

All Colibri modules are HW compatible with at least the following SD Memory Card standards:

  • SDSC (SD Standard Capacity)
  • SDHC (SD High Capacity)
  • SDXC (SD eXtended Capacity)

Windows CE6 and Windows Embedded Compact 7 support exFAT.

Hi alex.tx, thank you for the information. But I was seeking the max size sd card support for the modules. I mean, can I use up to 128gb microSD? up to 64gb?

Hi @rafael.lasertech ,

the SDXC (SD eXtended Capacity) standard, is defined as being compatible up to 2 TB.

So yes, you are able to use 64GB or 128GB cards, without issues.
