LM816_RTL88EUS Wifi Dongle Issue

We have LM816_RTL88EUS wifi dongle purchased from toradex is in not working state now(after installing driver , its not showing connected status at taskbar settings). It is also not working on different IMX6 modules and Viola carrier boards.

And if we use
different LM816_RTL88EUS wifi dongle (new) , yes , works fine.
How we resolve issue ?

Hi @saupath,
Since the other LM816 is working and only one particular LM816 Dongle not working, I assume you have tested it correctly and also installed the LM816 driver (WinCE).
Also, as reported that it does not show connected sign, did you enter the SSID and password ?
If still does not work, please fill the RMA form
