Hi. Trying to debug via Serial UART with Ixora v1.3A + Apalis iMX8QM. However my terminal only shows garbage output. Am I misunderstanding the RS232 Header (X22) documentation from the datasheet?
From your picture it seems you got the connector pinout wrong.
Pin number one is the one right next to the white dot on the X22 connector.
The numbering is the standard one for headers, with odd numbers on one side and even numbers on the other.
