Is there any to check system requirement to purchase windows ce 5.0 or 6.0 for visual studio 2005

We want to buy Windows CE 5.0 or 6.0, currently we are working on visual studio 2005 [ Free Version]. and Operating system is Windows XP [Professional] SP-2.

Please suggest which model is suitable to purchase

I’m not quite sure what you are asking, I’m sorry. Are you asking where you can buy the platform builder to build your own WinCE5 and WinCE6 platforms? If so, the answer would be to look at Visual Studio with MSDN subscription. These packages provide access to a lot of Microsoft software, including Visual Studio (also older versions) and Platform Builder. Please check the details with your local Microsoft distributor.

If you want to know, which Toradex modules support WinCE 5 and WinCE6:

  • WinCE 5: All Colibri PXA modules
  • WinCE 6: All Colibri VFxx, Colibri T20, and Colibri PXA modules
