I see that the carrier boards from Toradex have only one Ethernet port.
Is there some carrier from Toradex partners that have two ports?
And that can be used ot-of-the box with a imx6 module?

That is right. Only our newest development board for the Verdin family features two ethernet ports.
Since you are looking for a carrier for the Colibri Family. There are two partner carriers that feature the connectivity you are looking for. One is made by Computec and the other is made by Christ Electronic System.
