I m wondering if there is a Boot2Qt embedded image available for the Apalis-TK1. If not do you know when it will comes out .

No, I don’t think so as Qt for Device Creation (which is what Boot2Qt is nowadays called as far as I know) relies on graphical backends which are not freely available for TK1. Whether or not this will ever change I do not know however you might be better off asking The Qt Company such questions directly.
That said of course one can just run regular open-source Qt on top of X11 like we e.g. also demonstrated at this year’s Embedded World exhibition.
