I would like to install uWSGI package on my Colibri-IMX6 machine.
Is there a package that I can download that supports uWSGI?

uWSGI is not part of the package feeds.
The OpenEmbedded wiki provides a database which allow to find layers and recipes for specific use cases or packages.
It looks like meta-openstack provides the meta information allowing you to build it with Yocto/OpenEmbedded.
If that layer can be used together with meta-toradex and the resulting packages perform reasonably well on a Colibri iMX6 I do not know.
