Install WinCE 6.0 SDK onto Visual Studio 2019

TechWE have been using Colibri T30 running on WinCE 6.0 since 2017. In 2017, we installed WinCE 600 SDK onto VS2008 without issue. The company decided recently to move onto VS1019 s our development platform. In an effort to install WinCE 6.0 onto a laptop that has only VS2019 Professional Edistion installed, I followed the following web page:

When running toradex_ce6_sdk_2.1.msi. I ran first into warning message shown in attachment 1. Which warns me that no vs2008 or later was detected in the system.

I clicked “continue” button to proceed. I later came across the information message shown bleow.
VS2005_needed_for_WinCE6_install

I clicked OK, and then it exited the process without even creating teh SDK directory.
Question:
Did I miss doing anything before I should run toradex_ce6_sdk_2.1.msi?
Any other thing I should be aware to install wince 6.0 SDK for VS2019 to use to build an embeded/smart device project?
Thanks!

WEC7 and WinCE 6 require Visual Studio 2008 or Visual Studio 2005.
