Some users experienced a service disruption for Torizon Platform Services today, October 26 2021, between 14:53 and 15:33 UTC.
Human error in misconfiguring a gateway in production caused the site to be inaccessible. Users who were directed to the misconfigured gateway were unable to access the site, and instead got an error message warning about an invalid TLS certificate. Users who accepted the invalid certificate were shown a blank gateway page. No Torizon services were available through the misconfigured gateway; the only impact of this outage was the 39 minutes and 41 seconds of downtime.
Normal service has now been restored.
