Installed Toradex Easy Installer (Colibri-iMX8X_ToradexEasyInstaller_2.0b5-20200519) using the nightly TEZI build (Colibri-iMX8X_ToradexEasyInstaller_2.0b6-nightly-20201028).

  • /sys/class/drm/ contains: card0,card1,card1-DPI-1,renderD128,version.
  • /sys/class/drm/card1-DPI-1/modes contains: 640x480 which matches the output of weston-info
  • The VGA display connected on the Iris DVI-A displays the TEZI normally.

I want to change the TEZI resolution using u-boot env variables so it can be displayed on our embedded device’s monitor at 1024x768@60 using parallel RGB.

What vidargs should I set?

Can you confirm if you are installing the “Colibri-iMX8X_ToradexEasyInstaller_2.0b6-nightly-20201028”?

For all iMX8 products, we don’t recommend using the Toradex Easy Installed 2.0b5.
