When I want to perform 1000base-t physical layer signal integrity testing, the first question is how do I put a 1000base-t enabled device in test mode?
The IEEE 802.3 standard specifies a series of conformance tests for the 1000BASE-T physical layer, such as 40.6.1.2.5. When performing these tests, the device under test needs to be placed in the test mode specified by the standard.
My question is how to specifically set the device into test mode? Where can I get the relevant software or technical support?
