I got the board but instead of Easy Installer being already installed as mentioned on the documentations there was no Easy Installer installed. When booted it goes to Open Embedded OS, What steps should I follow so that I can install Easy Installer on the board.

I apologize that the module you received wasn’t defaulted properly. As for loading Easy Installer back onto your board you can follow the documentation here. You’ll need to first bring your module into recovery mode which is detailed in an article linked at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for the quick reply, but is going into recover mode mandatory to install Easy Installer through an USB drive since I’ve glued on the heat sink already.

Yes, you need to go to recovery mode. You can remove the heatsink and fix it by screws afterwards.
