This documentation is about Windows CE, as you can see from the URL itself, the breadcrumbs at the top of the article, and the left bar.
You can check the Webserver article meant for Linux:
It is not TorizonCore-specific. But might be helpful to you. You will need to translate the information to Container usage.
Anyway, I will bring up your interest in documentation targeting Webserver and TorizonCore to the Technical Marketing team, so they maybe add such an article to Toradex Developer.

Helping with application development is outside of the scope of Toradex support.
You can find online courses to help you with the implementation of the webserver/website/webUI part of your project. You will need to learn about how webservers work, which webserver technology/implementation you need to use, which WebUI framework you will use, how you are going to trigger the commands that come from the webUI to your webserver, etc, etc.
If you want, we can introduce you to some companies partner of Toradex that could give you training on that and other topics.
