How to Flash Toradex Yocto Linux Image

Hello Toradex team,

I am Using toradex Apalis imx8qm SOM board with Ixora V 1.2 carrier board.

I have build the torizon-core-podman with yocto linux.

Note : I used Toradex easy installer and install the image from network.

I want to flash the yocto image to toradex SOM from local machine.

Can you please suggest the steps, any script or any document, which can help me to flash yocto image to toradex boad.
