How to configure SODIMM56 in PXA320 as and GPIO input

I would like to use SODIMM56, SODIMM70 and SODIMM80 of PXA320 as and GPIO input. I have noticed problems. GPIO16_2, GPIO7_2 and GPIO12_2 does not work like the others GPIO. How to configure them as an input? Is it possible?

I have solved this problem. I have used GetPinLevel instead of GetGPIOLevel and now it works fine.

can you suggest how to use GPIO as PWM input (Pin 30 and 67) or read the data from rotary encoder.
