This is the xinput-calibrator which does not (yet) have calibration data.
If you do not need to calibrate a touchscreen you could remove the package as follows:
opkg remove --nodeps xinput-calibrator
Alternatively create an empty file which denotes an already done calibration
touch /etc/pointercal.xinput
