Hello,
We have designed a carrier board which can support all Apalis iMX SoM. Currently we have not given GND to the mounting holes of Heat sink on our Apalis iMX Carrier board. This was in reference to the Apalis SoM EVK & ixora board having no GND connected in their mounting hole pad.
What would Toradex recommend?
